Hello, I’m Gill Mathias a psychotherapist and NLP master practitioner with a specialism in resilience. I help people to transform lives by raising resilience into results. This helps clients gain control of their own lives.

 

I run immersive programmes around resilience for individuals who need support, with1-2-1 individual zoom or phone sessions. This includes many areas surrounding resilience; anxiety, stress, fear, self-sabotage, gaining confidence and other emotions.

 

Many of my participants have said that the programme and coaching sessions have enabled them to focus on their lives, to gain clarity and confidence which has improved productivity in every aspect of their lives.

She then explained the content of the Inspired Action Course and I knew that this course was for me. My partner and myself esperienced severe relationship problems but needed support with caring and sharing our children.

During our divorce there had been severe animosity, and in truth, we could barely communicate without an argument.

Gill met initally with myself and then with my partner which gave us a core for meeting together. The session taught us to be as calm as possible with each other and she gave us exercises in communication. This proved to improve conveying arrangements for the children.

We were reminded that the divorce is the not the fault of the children. One of the most important lessons was to do our best to not say anything negative about each other to the children. We made a plan for ground rules about our parenting and this has helped them feel secure.

It is a huge adjustment for the children as it was for us. Gill also reminded us that in order to care for the children, we needed to take care of ourselves, to be mentally strong and positive for the future.

The sessions were so worthwhile as Gill was totally non-judmental, listened intently and helped me express the sadness and anxiety attached to divorce.

You may not realise how much other people do value you.
